Starbucks Cheer Parties
Permalink Closed

I wanted to share this email from a friend who works at Starbucks:

Just to let you all know that this Thursday Dec. 1 your local Starbucks will
be having its Christmas Cheer Party (featuring free tall holiday beverages,
pastries, and other activities sure to vary with the location).  Our store's
is from 5-8pm, but check with your local store to find out how long you can
sit around and mooch.  After all, how often do you get something free from
Starbucks?  Yep, that's what I thought.

I think I'll stop by the one near my office on my way home Thursday.

Awesome! Is this for real? I'd love a free beverage and pastry (although my ass might have other ideas...)

Hehe, Bluebirde--Yes it's for real.  The person who sent this to me is a trusted friend who works at the Starbucks in Austin, TX--so at least we know it's for real at her store.  Isn't that where you live?  I thought I remembered that you were from TX, unless I'm confusing you with someone else (which is not uncommon for me to do!).

I think it might be different in different stores. Our here is a free tall drink if you bring a toy to donate to their christmas program and it didn't say anything about pastries.

Yep, I'm in ATX. Which Starbucks does she work at? I can stop by that one and tell her you said hi. Wouldn't that freak her out???

I just saw a sign up at my local starbucks today - it mentioned free tall drinks.  I'm all for that
