Since we weren't home for Thanksgiving, I bought a turkey & am going to make a quasi Thanksgiving dinner one day this week. My question is - how long is the turkey good? The perfect day to make it would be Thursday so we could eat leftover during the weekend but I have to work that day, so that's out. If I cook it Wednesday, is it still good on Sunday? I just feel like that's kind of pushing it?
