i know that a lot of us have "our" animals. mine is a monkey cuz my bf started to call me that (i still don't know how that came about...i swear i don't have big ears or look like a monkey). i know that Lilykind has squirrels. i don't think i ever figured out who is owls. just wondering....

I don't really have an animal, but at Christmas time I "have" snowmen. Everyone knows I love snowmen (probably because I've bever made one and find it intriguing), so all my holiday stuff is snowmen.

I came, I saw, I did a little shopping.
squirrels & frogs. As far as symbols of nature, I love acorns.
Oh - and let me clarify - I do not collect squirrels and frog things. I do have a little squirrel statue near my door next to the nut basket that I feed squirrels and chipmunks from - I'm good at training them to eat from my hand. And I do have a gold acorn pendant.

elephants. I think because a baby one was born in my hometown when I was little. So I've always been fascinated. I don't collect things, though, and I don't tell people about this, so I don't have too many.

hahaha. i agree about not telling people. i'm horrible with gifts so if i don't know the person that well and i know they collect something, i will get them something that they collect. i don't want to get monkeys for every holiday, birthday, etc.. it's something that just my bf knows.

Mine is monkeys too..In fact, I'm obsessed. I have billions of stuffed animals, people always give me at least one monkey thing for b-days/x-mas, and I even have a tattoo
Sharks. Everyone knows I'm obsessed with sharks. I one time "seduced" this guy by showing him pictures of sharks jumping out of the water attacking seals.
I make everyone watch The Discovery Channel whenever there's a shark show on. I started a shark club at my high school. I often will randomly spout off shark facts. I had a shark cake for my last birthday. My avatar on this site is a shark. I don't collect shark things per se, but I do want this shirt...
I'm pretty much an 8 year old boy.
I also really like octopuses, sea stars, and everything else marine. But sharks are far and away my number one.
Squirrels. It's because I grew up with them running all around my house in New York, they were the school mascot at my college in VA, and now they're still roaming around Los Angeles. I even have on my Random Nicole squirrel shirt today.
i guess mine would be turtles. i had a thing for them a few years back, which tapered off after receiving 582 turtle collectibles. they're all pretty cute, but i'm not a collector. they're in boxes.
detroit - how do you train squirrels and chipmunks to eat out of your hand?!? i must know. i've always wanted to try this. actually, when i worked at the health center in college there was a squirrel who would probably have taken something from my hand, but i'd always chicken out at the last second and toss the food to it. i'm afraid of being bitten!
