Lately, I've been wearing mine with a white beater underneather, and a blazer on top with my button-down about half-way undone.  Also, I'm really liking wearing mine under my sweater vests!

LOL Well, I just wore my ONLY white button-down shirt about a couple of weeks ago when we had some dignitaries that were coming in from D.C., w/some nice pants, but I'd probably also wear it w/some jeans, a nice A-line skirt, just about anything!
