I don't see why not...I work from home, and so don't have much of an excuse to dress up (even a little) anymore. So when I go on business-related trips (to visit store buyers, for example), or to lunch with the girls, or something, I like to dress with a little zing. I think you could wear those shoes with pants - or jeans and a nice sweater or blazer - very easily for day. In fact, I think Lucky (or maybe it was InStyle?) just had something about "over the top shoes for work (not saying that your shoes are over the top, but you KWIM)...they said something like, "wear your shoes with wide-leg pants, so just a flash of the shoe is showing when you walk or when sitting"...I think you could get away with it.
