Ok, I placed an order for Lucky Magazine 10 weeks ago as of yesterday. I still have not received my 1st issue I'm so pissed off. I emailed them last week and they ensured me I would get my first issue no later than yesterday - well I didn't. I want to cancel my order and get a refund - the problem is..how do I know if this is Mags for Less' fault or Lucky's? I'm assuming since I placed my order w/Mags for Less and not Lucky directly, it's Mag's for Less? I'm so irritated. I want to cancel and just order directly thru Lucky.
I ordered several subscription packages at the beginning of August and STILL have not received Glamour, Lucky or Shop Etc...though I did get copies of everything else. I went ahead and contacted customer support via the website...let's see how they reply...
It's Lucky. Mags for less submits your orders to the mags as soon as you place your order - have you tried looking up your account on Lucky to see what the status of your subscription is? If you can't get into it that way, call their CS - don't waste your time emailing them because they are all MORONS as far as I can tell.
Also, email the CS at Mags for Less. They submitted my order to Shop Etc but my subcription never started for some reason, and the guy at Mags for less credited me with 50 freebie points to use toward a free subscription.

It's worth it for the price, but it does take a very long time for them to start the service. I ordered in June and didn't receive my first issue (of several mags I ordered) until last month. Eventually they will get there and be regular though.

Lucky has no record of my account/order, which makes me even more angry because it makes me wonder if Mags for Less even submitted it. Ok, I emailed Mags for Less, we'll see what b.s line they give me this time. This sucks!
