Does anyone have a site that has reviews of places you can get it done?  or has recommendations for where to go?  I'm in NYC, so recs for there would be good, but also just a place with reviews in general.  I want a good value- a fair price and someone doing it that knows what they are doing.  i don't want to be burned, literally.

Do not go to one of those places in the malls. They burned my friend badly and have had lots of bad press for it. Keep me posted, very interested.
