i'm sad that laguna is over wahhhh, it seems like it ended kind of out of the blue, like where truman walks off the set in the truman show.. last season i knew that a whole new season would come back with kristin narrating and it was going to be a lot of the same people and bigger and better, but i'm sad if its really over now with these kids and now they're all "stars". I liked them when they were nobodies =(

That finale was terrible. I expected an episode and all it did was show them crying. I definitely think the Hills will be good.

Ugh - the finale sucked a$$ - how boring and cheesy, all they did was cry the whole freakin episode! The Hills looks cute and I love LC, but Season 3 of Laguna looks really, really stupid to me - I think it's time to end that show.

out of curiousity- i checked the trailers on mtv.com. The hills looks cute- almost like a movie. it has that *star quality* to it, "the town where dreams come true" blah blah. plus all that drama with that new friend of hers (who seems like an actress to me, not a real person).

The new laguna beach looks lammmmmmeeeeee. ugh. as snotty as this cast could be, there was something about each and every one of them (except maybe casey) that made you want to watch them. LC and Kristen were made to be on this kind of show, and they both had redeeming qualities. these girls just seem lame and dumb and mean, like they've watched the show and now they want to re-do it and create drama. Downgrade

Yeah, I really didn't think the finale was very good, but I am way excited for The Hills. I mean, these kids were always aware of the camera, but next season's cast don't even seen like real people at all- everything is played up for the camera times ten. I was psyched to see LC talking after- I was hoping she might talk about the rumors that she and Jason are back together in LA!

okay, i want that half an hour of my life back. last night's finale was beyond lame. totally sucked. but did anybody else think it was funny that kristen and alex were shit-talking jessica right before she showed up to say goodbye? and did you notice that alex didn't seem nearly as sad as kristen to say goodbye to jessica? hmmm....

anyway, i don't think i'll be watching the third season. (well, i say that now- but i'll probably get sucked in!) the third cast looks awful, but there were some cute boys.

i'll check out the hills. but i wonder why they gave LC a show and not kristen? i feel like kristen has more personality and is more fun to watch (even though i like LC better). i guess she seems like she has more "star quality" than LC. i don't know...

I think Kristen didn't want to be on the new show, she wants to be a "real" actress now and leave them all behind. I thought they were going to have a reunion type show like they do for the real worlds....that would have been cool. I watched TRL that day too and that was stupid too!

I am excited about The Hills, looks fun.

Aww, I guess I am lame.... I thought it was kind of sad. It seemed like they all realized that things will never be the same again and in that sense I felt emotional along with them.

The new Laguna chicks look like hookers! They seem scandalous, which I guess makes for good tv.

i am very excited about the Hills... i LC and think the reason i wasn't so into this past season is because she didn't play the "main" character like the first season.

so tired of laguna beach... will probably not watch the 3rd season...

The finale was SO boring! I don't really like the look of the new kids, but I said I wouldn't like the new kids in season two and I did end up liking them. The Hills looks cute too! But what is up with LC's roommate? I can't believe she told that woman all she did in high school was cut class and shop! I think I read somewhere that The Hills is supposed to debut in the second quarter of next year, so sometime between April - June, I'm betting late May.
