I probably wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't mentioned it, but it does seem kind of Chico's-ish. It also seems like it would be hard to make outfits with it.

yes, but it's still cute.  and it looks fitted enough in the waist, less boxy than a chico's jacket.  i like the color a lot.

As long as the shape is fitted and slightly shrunken on you and you wear it in a funky way, I think it would be cute.

I think it would only be Chico-esque if it had matching pants and was less fitted.  I like it the way it is pictured.  I think it is really cute!
