Did any of you watch tonight's episode? I thought it was better than it's been the last few weeks. I Jess and he made me dislike Logan. Logan just seems wrong for Rory - I wish Jess would come back I love how he got all mature and made something of himself! Oh and did anyone else pick up on how Lorelei was displacing her sadness over Rory on Paul Anca?! Overall, I thought it was good episode and next week finally - Rory moves home!
I thought last night's was so good. I think it is because Rory is finally acting like herself again. See, at first I liked Logan and then i was alright about him being with Rory, but then seeing how she acted with Jess, it made me want Jess to come back so she will break up with Logan. I like how she stood up to him. I think that is the first time since she quit Yale she actually stood up for herself. And I am glad Jess yelled at her, she needed it. And I am glad Rory yelled at her grandmother, now she sees what her mother was talking about. Also at the end when she wasen't at home and Loreali wasen't in bed, I thought they would be in the kitchen talking. Also did Rory ever tell Logan why she quit yale?
I thought this episode was really really good. Last week's was good as well. I'm glad because lately I had been disappointed with the quality of the writing and with some of the plot turns.
It's funny, I've never really liked any of Rory's boyfriends. I think Jess was the best for her in terms of shared interests and backgrounds but he was always such an ass that I couldn't stand him. However last night he was so much better and totally in the right when he refused to put up with Logan's crap and when he called Rory out on the fact that she's screwing up her life.
I still think Rory is being such a brat though. Sure, her grandparents are difficult to deal with and of course Emily is being crazy and not allowing her to have any freedom but she chose to live there and how could she actually think that two super conservative senior citizens would be cool with her sleeping with her boyfriend and not coming home at night!
Oh man I loved this episode!!! I started bawling the second I saw Lorelai in the chair watching Paul Anka. I couldn't help it. I'm still pissed that Lorelai is the only one of the two of them that seems to care about the rift between she and Rory. Why is Rory such a brat?
I can NOT believe Rory let Logan act the way he was acting while Jess was there. That's insane, boyfriend or not. Jess is freakin' awesome!! I love him. I never really liked him when they were dating b/c he was such an ass but now that he seems to have pulled himself together, he seems so... sexy. Yum, yum, give me some. Plus the chemistry b/w Rory and Jess was really great. I guess it's because they're dating in real life but it was so nice to see her interact with someone that she seems to actually like.
The grandmother has lost it. Now she thinks Rory is Lorelai? I was watching a rerun today from Rory's first year at college and it seems she's wanted Rory to be Lorelai from the very beginning, so she can do it all over again. I feel sorry for her, esp. after what Richard said to her last week.
Quick question - how come Rory is one year older than I was when I was in my second year of college? Did that ever come up? I didn't turn 21 (nor did any of my friends) until our junior year in college. Anyone have any ideas?

I totally saw the chemistry too! They are so cute together in real life, the way Milo looked at her last night, even when he was yelling at her, made me want to melt!
I kind of see Logan's point of view on being forced into a career he doesn't want, but he shouldn't take it out on other people.
I can't wait for Rory to move back home and be the intelligent, motivated and independent girl she used to be. (Wonder if she will challenge Paris being the editor at Yale, maybe they will be co-editors)
I missed it too! I used to watch it sporadically, but the season I'm pretty into it. So....don't kill me when I say.... I kind of like Logan. Not so sure about Jess... thena gain I didn't see the ep, but did see it in previews a bizillion times. Can someone give me the brief low-down on why Jess is so great?
