E:  1/2 hour on treadmill


B:  Redbull


L:  Bean & Cheese Burro, Chips & Salsa


S:  A handfull of roasted, salted almonds


D:  Leftover tator tot casserole *YUM!*


S:  If anything, probably some starburst leftover from Halloween!

   homemade black and white cookie (2 points)


D: I think we're ordering a pizza. All out of groceries and neither of us feels like going to the store.

B:  Special K cereal w/1% milk, 16oz skim latte


L:  Turkey breast and provolone on whole grain wheat bread sandwich, applesauce cup, pretzel sticks


S:  Kashi Trail Mix chewy granola bar


D:  Gonna try the DiGiorno Grilled Chicken Tomato & Spinach thin crust pizza


E:  30 mins.  Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 1

B: Starbucks grande sugar-free vanilla skim latte; ZonePerfect Fudge Graham bar

S: Banana

L: (forgot my lunch, so I deal): Apple, 14 roasted and salted almonds and a Yoplait light yogurt

S: 6 more almonds and two sugar-free mini Reese's PB cups

S: Baked Lay's to tide me over to dinner

D: Grilled chicken salad

S: Birthday party tonight ... I am having a *small* piece of cake!

E: One hour aerobics class

L: bbq chicken, wild rice, small salad


S (in the plural!):  whoppers, halloween is killing me :)


D:  get together.....cheese, crackers, etc.

ugh, do they have a "patch" for candy addiction?  seriously!


b: autumn wheat kashi, strawberries, light silk


s: 3 mini-butterfingers


l: ham sandwich on WW, FF yogurt


s: small apple (never ate the one yesterday, instead had candy!), so far one sour punch licorice whip but more are to come i am sure


d: either turkey burger (oh ya, i ate WW pasta last night instead of turkey burger), or dinner w/ JB... he wasn't really clear about it.


e: gonna see jarhead w/ JB so not only will there be no exercise, but there will probably be even more candy in my future!!!
