paypal account?  Just wondering- the interest is 3.89%- higher than ING even.  Maybe I should keep my savings in there?

i don't have a paypal account but if you decide to put $ in there, just make sure it's FDIC insured (so that if the bank goes under, the federal govn. will pay you however much you had in there, up to $100,000).  hth!
