Since we are all talking about weight loss and exercise might as well start this daily thread again!!!


B: Kashi Go lean crunch with 1/2 c skim milk and 3 strawberries (3 pts)


L: Turkey Sandwich from Jason's Deli with no Cheese (7 pts!!! ) Chips (4 pts)


D: Turkeyburger helper (6 or 7 pts per cup but I might cut down to 3/4 c or 1/2 cup), salad (1 or 2 pts), veggie (0 or 1 pt)


S: maybe some sugar free low fat ice cream if I have the pts to spare


Exercise: at least 20 min of pilates (1 pt earned) or 35 mins walking (2 pts earned)

L: veggie chili (3 pts), LF saltines (1 pt)


S: 2 mini snickers (2 pts?)


D: rice (3 pts), marinated chicken tenders (2 pts), spinach (0)


E: I am planning on running 2 miles, however long that takes me.

S:1/2C cottage cheese and a sliced pear


L:Lowfat Shrimp roll (maki/sushi?)


D:chicken breast and 1/2C brown rice


E:1 hour walking


I'll probably head for some halloween candy for dessert

S: yogurt

S: sugar free mini Reese's (four!!)

D: Baked Lay's and egg beaters with salsa

E: Step class, 50 min.

Wow, I ate alot compared to everyone else. I feel like a piggy!!

b-oatmeal with soy milk(unsweetened)

s-apple and yogurt(no sugar,low fat)

l-yves cuisine chick'n burger on pita with quacamole
grapefruit

d-brown rice with TVP, mushrooms, onions and curry, another chick'n burger.

I drank about 1.5 litres of water.

okay, i won't be excercising tonight. no sense fooling myself. I may do a 15 minute Pilates class but that will be it. See, I am really slack at this.
