Grey's Anatomy 10/30

I love Sunday's episode! That show grows on me more and more. I definitely had a feeling that Dr. McDreamy (can't even remember his real name now) was going to pick Addison over Meredith. If he had picked Meredith then the plot couldn't have really gone very far.

The whole thing with the people impaled by the pole was really well done, I thought. I almost cried (I hate crying over tv shows in front of the hubby--I feel like a dork) when Dr. McDreamy was talking to the girl's boyfriend--so sad. I think the girl from My Father The Hero will end up working with Addison and that'll add another dimension to the show.

I can't remember--what happened on the previews for next week?

In the previews for next week's show it looked to be a lot about Meredith being pissed off at McDreamy for picking Addison. I remember seeing him try to talk to her and she was saying to get away from her. It seemed like the staff was talking about her snapping too....

I agree that the plot wouldn't have gone far had he just picked Meredith, which is why I don't think he'll just be happy w/Addison - obviously there's more to come w/that whole triangle. He just seems to care so much for Meredith, I don't think it's over.

I also agree that I think Izzy will end up working w/Addison and maybe that will cause issues w/her and Grey. By the way, how cute was it when Christina couldn't find the leg and asked Burke to help her since he was her boyfriend? I laughed out loud when he told her he couldn't be her boyfriend at work and she said "ok, so I can have sex with other people at work then?"!

i loved that part too!! i love xtina, she's my fave!! oh, and did anyone notice that ER is doing a plane crash (or some kinda crash, i think plane) episode this week? i wonder who's idea it was first? i like to think Grey's, i've never been a fan of ER and i think Grey's pulled off the "crash" episode very well & it wasn't cheesy, totally made me cry!

I used to be an ER fan, but I am busy now on Thur nights. The pole impalement thing was done by ER last year, it was a good episode, and Grey's episode was good and original too, but I still think maybe they could have held off on that topic for a while so as not to remind me of ER!

I am glad Meredith was not "picked" by Sheperd. I don't like her character acting pathetic, I liked her a lot better before she was vulnerable to him in the beginning. So maybe she will meet someone else and we will get to see her strength come back, because I really liked her better when she had the upper hand with men.
