What was the best Halloween costume you saw today? 


I was at my friend's house and a teenager came wearing just regular clothes:  jeans and a hoodie, but carrying a pizza box.  He acted like he was really a pizza man and delivering a pizza.  He was like, "Did you order a  pizza?"  He had a friend hiding in the bushes.  Then when my friend's husband started getting flustered because they didn't order a pizza, he said "Trick or Treat!" and opened the pizza box and that is where he was keeping the candy.  Maybe I am easily amused, but I found it to be hilarious!

This wasn't today, but on Saturday night. My friend dressed up as a soccer mom. Her costume consisted of...

A huge orange shirt that said "I'm Scarier Without A Costume."
Black nylons
Halloween underwear
Halloween socks
Tacky glitter ghost earrings
Tacky glitter ghost pin
Black loafers

Notice I didn't mention any pants. A lot of conversations went like this...
Random person: What are you?
My friend: A soccer mom!
Random person: Why aren't you wearing pants?
My friend: *looks down* Oh shit, this is awkward.

I don't get it either, but it was hilarious.

I thought of another funny one. A different friend wore jeans and a beater. On the front of the beater she wrote, "SLUT" in sharpie. Then on the back she wrote, "At least I'm not pretending to be something else."

One of our VP's came dressed in drag yesterday, complete with a wig and lipstick smeared way past the edge of his lips.  Pretty funny. Another VP came as a monk and I was hoping that was to signify his vow of silence. I was wrong.

Last night when we went trick-or-treating we saw a mom pushing her infant baby in a stroller.  The baby was dressed as a jar of gerber baby food!

I had a friend that wore regular clothes and carried a sign that said "Nudist on Strike". It was VERY funny.
