It's very cute, although when I first looked at it, I thought that it was attached to the skirt they have paired with it, so if I was wearing it, I would wear it with jeans or something solid like that (and not too light-coloured). But overall, it looks really nice... I hate that clothes at Target are so nice and we don't have them in Canada

I have it in black--got it for my halloween costume (Grace from Will and Grace).  I really like it--it's cute IRL.  I did size up though for it to lay (lie?) right, cause I think it was from the juniors section?  The satin thing around the middle is a ribbon, not a part of the shirt, and I tied it in the front.  It's in kind of a weird spot on me, so I will probably lose it for when I wear the top again.

It's a cute shirt, but I didn't like it on me.  I bought it in that color and it's going back.  The tank underneath is very...floppy?  Just no structure to it and I just couldn't get it to hang right.  But for the price, it's worth a try.  I loved the outer lacy layer.

I can somewhat sympathize.  I live in a podunk town in south alabama and the closest Target to me is 1.5 hours away.  UGH!!  It is not easy to just jump in the car and go that far every weekend.
