Favorite season for fashion?

I was wondering which season's clothing you get most excited about, and why. It seems fall is a big one with most women. I don't tend to hear people being excited about summer fashion, or maybe that's because it's not my favorite?

Anyway, my favorite season for shopping/fashion is Fall and Winter. I prefer colder weather, and I prefer the richer fabrics and color that the season brings. Plus, I get to wear all my boots!

I definitely agree with you on all points. Fall Winter are so..."cozy" and I just love it!

Usually, I prefer summer clothing.  I don't really like big, bulky sweaters or boots or bundling up.  I love breezy dresses, tank tops, sandals, etc.  This year, though, I really, really like the fall and winter clothing that's in the stores. I'll be stocking up b/c this only happens once every few years!

I like Fall and Winter. I prefer them mostly because the colors tend to suit my complexion (I look pretty icky in most pastels) and I can cover up and hide my figure flaws. I like bundling up in cozy sweaters and wearing knee high boots...plus I really miss the fact that I can't invest in a great winter coat or 4.

Fall because I get to wear my boots. Though in Texas (or Louisiana where I was before), fall & winter kind of string together & generally only last Nov - Feb - with some of that time with "springish" weather anyway. I think that's why i like it best - because I don't get to wear my stuff much.

I'm going to go against the grain and say spring/summer.  I am completely incapable of dressing for cold weather (may be posting for help later, actually).  I feel like such a shlump in winter clothes because I don't really own a whole lot of cold weather clothes.  I love being able to just put on a little skirt and a top without having to layer.

AGREE w/you 100%! LOL I LOVE Fall/Autumn, not necessarily Winter, but I tend to wear more suits in the Fall, b/c it's DEF. too damn hot in Texas to be all dressed up in the Summer!

hum i love spring and summer- i hate being cold - even though i love my boots and jackets - i love tanks- shorts and going bare foot- i get called hillbilly because i go bare foot all the time- lol

I love spring because after cold, cold winters being able to wear tanks and sandals is a welcomed change.  But oh how I do love my sweaters, coats and boots.

I like summer clothes except that I'm so pale I won't let myself wear skirts and tanks so I get to have more fun with the three other seasons.  Buying for fall/winter is more expensive plus I hate the cold, so I will have to say Spring!  I love wearing my colored trousers and cardigans!

Summer. I'm pale too but flaunt it b/c I'm very prone to melanoma and can't tan and I just don't care. 


I like flip flops, breezy dresses too, tank tops, skirts, open sandals.

Definitely fall and winter because I love blazers and sweaters and being able to layer.  It is easier for me to put together interesting color combos.  It is really sad though that this is my favorite season because I live in south Alabama and today it is supposed to be close to 80.

I love fall. Sweaters and blazers and scarves....Oh my!

I don't like having to figure out what to wear in the winter to keep warm but still look decent and be practical walking across campus.
