What do you guys think of these boots?  I want them in black so I can tuck my jeans into them and wear with skirts... do you think its cowboyish?  I love everything about the boots... the slouchy leather... everything but the cowboy heel...

i'm obviously biased since i have a similar version of those boots. i think it depends on how big of a deal breaker the heel is for you.  i don't really think the heel is cowboyish (though the boots are definitely in line with the vintage 80's trend), but that's just me. i guess i would say if the heel really bugs you (like you would feel stupid wearing it or something like that) then don't get the boots.
