Okay, ladies... I know I am probably going to hear nothing but bad stories, but I am trying here...


I have purchased from shopintuition.com many times before. After my first shopping experience with them, in which it took two months to receive the item, I made sure that I only ordered things I loved enough to not mind if they came months later. Well, they have the cutest stuff on their site right now, that I am dyyyying to order. Has anyone actually had a positive shopping experience (online) with them???

i have had good experience about a month ago.  just call the customer service to see if the items are in stock.  three of my four items were and i got them within a week.  and one was shipped a month later (which i knew it would be).  no problems really.  the forgot to implement a coupon code, but i just called and the fixed it so my fourth item would have the price adjustment from all the items.  they must have changed something because i had really good customer service.

i have never ordered anything- but my coworker does all the time and she really likes their service and has never had any issues...

wow... well, i will have to admit, I have not ordered from them since June. Their website is updated, so maybe so is their customer service. Thanks for the postive feedbacks!

I ordered from there once, and I have no complaints. I ordered a bag that had to be personalized so it took about six weeks to get here. I thought that was a little long to have to wait (at places like PB and LL Bean, it only takes a few more days to get a personalized item) but I didn't see the bag anywhere else and I didn't need it right away (and I had a coupon code), so I waited. I received it exactly six weeks after I placed my order. No complaints here!


Can I just share the bag I got? I think it is so cute... nice and cheap, too so it's nice to use as a beach bag and stuff

I ordered a pair of earrings in March or April, and it took about a month to get here, even though the website said they were in stock. In April I ordered a pair of flip flops, and they took about 6 weeks to come in, but apparently the shipment was late getting it. I didn't mind the wait, but it would have been nice if they had come more quickly.
