I am interested to see if you guys are dreamers as I am.

If I didn't have to worry about money, I would be an environmental lobbyist

But someday I want to own my own small business consulting firm and help businesses do everything from accounting to marketing and HR!

If I didn't have to worry about money, I would do what my FMIL does and I'd be a fashion show coordinator.  I've been working shows w/her as a dresser and I love it.

Lately, I've been considering going back to school and becoming a lawyer, because everyone close to me tells me I'd be a great one, but I just don't know if I can commit to that much schooling.

If I didn't have to worry about money, I would finish up my master's degree and be a therapist part time (for only the clients that I liked), and spend the rest of my time writing a novel and/or doing travel writing for magazines.

Aaaah--sometimes it's so much fun to daydream!

I would open a small event and wedding stationery shop.  I actually do it out of my home so I am kind of on my way, but I want to do it full time (and quit my sh!t a$$ job) and someday have my own little shop somewhere.

I would love to be a fashion stylist for men. I already do "freelance" work (haha ) by sort-of dressing my bro (meaning I pick out the clothes when he wants to go shopping) and I've also styled him for a website once.

But, I would love for it to be a full-time job....

My dream job would entail working from home......so what would that be?? Novelist, phone sex operator, anything else anyone can suggest, where I could just stay home??
I especially desire this as it gets colder.....brrrr.

My dream is to be a professor, and I'm trying to become one. In an ideal world I would be a professor and a mother and an illustrator of children's books and I would live in a beautiful old house by a river where otters would come to fish. In this world? We'll see.

I want to be a Shakespeare Prof. at U of M. I want to write and publish books about literature.  I want to do personal training and become a figure competitor on the side.  I want to marry my boyfriend in 5 years and raise lots of puppies together.  I want to travel to around the world. I had traveled to upteen different coutries before I even turned 13 and my bf has never even been to an airport or on a plane so I want to share that with him.  I want to care for my parents when they grow too old to care for themselves.  I want to learn to cook and clean. I want a leather Chanel quilted bag.

I have always wanted to run a coffeeshop.  That will never happen because I am very un-entrepenuer-like.

If I ever went back to school I would like to be a pharmacist or a genetic counselor.  But I don't plan on ever going back.

I want my FH to make enough money (either that, or I will have enough saved up on my own), so that I can do what I really want to do: spend my days volunteering at an animal shelter. I've thought about becoming a vet, but I don't think I could handle seeing animals die each day. I'd probably go home crying every night!

In my dream world, I work in an university as a professor, doing research (a lot of it) and teaching classes! If it's really a dream world, I'd be in Canada doing this.

The other "project" would be to quit everything and become a personal cook

Possibility n. 3: quit everything, go to Africa and teach to children. I'd love to be brave enough to do this.

If money were no object....

A mom.  A really cool mom who is the "room mom" for her kids' classes, has the fun house where my kids and their friends always want to hang out.  My BF's mom was like this, while my mom worked 24/7.  The trade off was that I got shopping sprees and fancy trips.  But I digress.

A marketing or media consultant, and have the luxury to take only the jobs I want to do.

Own a clothing boutique.

A travel writer for Travel+Leisure.  I love that magazine.

so many choices so little time. either the owner of a large retail conglomerate that includes small boutiques and f21-esque stores, or a consultant that works with emerging designers. but right i'd settle for being like a dj/stylist or something like that where i set my own hours and don't have to get up b/f 10.

I'd love to be a big-time wedding planner. I've been obsessed with weddings for as long as I can remember.  In my dream world, I am a wedding planner/interior designer in New York.

Well, once I knew this girl that worked for some non-profit association type things - she did a quarterly newsletter & planned a yearly convention for them - and they paid her about $30,000 - she had 3 that she did - uh, pretty good cheese. I would LOVE to do that, I just don't even know where to start. But I've been thinking about it more & more......

The other thing I would love would be to help people get a new small business up & running - it's just so hard because you come across so many people that aren't really prepared & you have to muddle through a bunch of crap to find the gems - I don't think I'm that patient anymore. I used to lend money to small businesses & I loved the process of seeing an idea come into reality. SO EXCITING!

I would love to be a columnist.  Granted I would need more life experience, but it would be fun to write about life, relationships, and society.
