I have decided that I have to have this dress.  I am going to wait for it to go on sale and hope they still have my size.  If not, I will call around to anthro stores.  Anyway, since it may be cold by the time I get it, what kind of outwear piece could I wear over it?  I am open to anything--shawls, cardis, jackets (whatever). I really hate to hide the beauty of the dress by covering part of it up, but I don't want to freeze.  Again, I can always wear it next year uncovered up when it is warm enough.  Please help.

It's hard to tell just looking at the pic what the material is, but maybe you could get away with putting a thin deep v long sleeve shirt underneath it in a mint or purple color?  For outerwear, I would put it with a deep plum or chocolate wrap that wouldn't compete with the gorgeousness of that dress.
