there was a pair of shoes in the oct. magazine that i wanted but couldn't find anywhere.


i emailed their personal shopper this morning at about 11 and got a response by 3 with info on where, when they will be available, and phone numbers to get them !


i thought that was the best service from a magazine website ever !!!!
