What colour scarf to go with new coat?

I was planning to buy a chocolate brown coat from bluefly before I noticed this one and so I bought a grey pashmina from ebay! Now I am thinking that grey and grey will not look very nice... So what colour scarf etc etc should I get? I was thinking a navy or plum/burgundy scarf, and some choc. brown gloves, but I'm not sure! Opinions/ideas appreciated, thanks!

i've been obsessed with emerald green lately.  i bet that would look good.  i also like your idea of burgundy/plum.

I like the idea of plum scarf/brown gloves. I also love green and grey together.

I am also a big fan of grey and a soft peach.  I also really like the emerald green - a woman in my office has a beautiful emerald pashmina and it is stunning!  That is a gorgeous coat.
