i went to my first personal training session today.. man, did that guy work me out!   how often do you ladies go see your personal trainer?

i go to mine 2X a week.  i love him.  i may have to take it down to once a week, becasue my new job is commission only, so i have to make some moolah, but will never give it up... 
(never meaning in the near future;))
