Oh no. I went ahead and ordered the 8, but the measurements the lady gave me sounded about right. If it doesn't fit, I can return it minus shipping. Thanks.

No problem. When the seller on ebay told me I could return it if it didn't fit, I just decided to go ahead. Did it seem larger to you than other gap blazers?

The last blazer I purchased from there was a size 4. But that had been over a year ago and I have lost some weight since then. I could have easily worn a 2 in this but chose the 0 to be more fitted. If you got a good price on it (considering it's $20 now in the store) then I think you'll be okay. And if you can return you have nothing to lose! Especially if you planned to wear sweaters under it. I'm pretty weird when it comes to sizes!! Good Luck - post a pic if it works out!!
