I got some really cute ones at Banana Republic a few weeks ago. They have herringbone, fishnet, diamond print, and closed fishnet.

I also have gotten cute ones from Target, Kohl's and JCPenny in the past.

I just got some at Marshalls for like $2 a pair. Nordstom had a great selection too. Also try Banana and Ann Taylor.

I hardly ever go to Target but I was pretty impressed with their selection. I buy most of my tights at places like TJ Maxx and Filenes Basement and Banana when they go on sale.

There is an Ebay seller that has lots of funky new Target tights in lot (like Exhiliration, merona, etc.). The seller's store is Pinch-A-Penny#1

whenever i go to the outlets, i always stop at the wolfords outlet to stock up. usually a regular pair of tights can run up $65-80, but at the outlet they are usually less than $10 a pair. these are really durable, great quality, and they have the most unique styles.

other places i like to go for cheap tights:

macys
h&m
target
filene's basement
loehman's

but macy's and h&m are probably my top places for tights.

As far as outlets shops go, are the Wolford stores found in many upscale outlets? (I'm thinking Woodbury Commons or the outlets in CA.
