Ok, so im totally in love with this wrap sandwich i had at this cafe.  Again, Im a grad student and barely have enough time to sleep, so i need to make this as quick and easy as possible.  I really like the jasmine rice in it, don't care for the tomatos.  I actually wouldn't mind even if it was just jasmine rice with pesto mayo and caeser dressing and romaine lettuce.  Problem is I dont cook, and have no clue where I would buy these ingredients, and how to prepare them. Even though it may seem intuitively obvious.  So heres description of the wrap, and hopefully you girls can pull through and help me replicate this quickly and easily.

Herb-garlic tortilla, jasmine

rice, grilled chicken breast, roasted red peppers,

Romaine, tomatoes, Parmesan, pesto-mayo,

Caesar dressing

Well, most bigger grocery stores sell flavored tortillas now, so I'm sure you could find the tortilla pretty easily.  Jasmine rice is readily available and easy to prepare fresh, or you might be able to find it frozen at Trader Joe's.  You can either pan-fry a chicken breast in some Pam w/ salt , pepper, garlic or buy a refridgerated pre-cooked strip pack like Tyson.  Every grocery store has those and I have used them in a pinch.  They might be by the lunch meat in your store.  You can buy a jar of roasted red peppers.  They'll probably be by the pickles and olives, or by the vegetables.  Probably on the top row of the shelf since they aren't too popular of an item.  I would just coarsely chop them.  The romaine is just in the produce section in a big long head.  Coarsely chop that as well.  You might be able to find pesto mayo at a supermarket, but I'm pretty sure I've seen it at TJ's.  You could buy pesto and mayo and mix them too.  Any supermarket should have pesto.  Probably in the produce section by the garlic.  Get a good bottled caesar.  I make mine when I have it, which isn't frequently, but I think I remember a thread in this section about Caesar dressing within the last few weeks.

Thanks cricket!  One question....Jasmine rice, is there anything available for a quick cook or would i need to boil it or use a rice cooker, as i do not have one, just trying to think of a quick way to make it?

I LOVE my rice cooker.  I use it all the time.  It's very easy.  I have a Black and Decker that was around $20.  But you don't need one.  It's very easy to cook rice on the stove.  Usually takes about 20 minutes.  The directions will be on the box/bag.  Check the rice section of your supermarket.  There might be some kind of quick cooking jasmine rice out now.  I just buy rice in a 5 lb. bag and it lasts a long time.
