How's it going, y'all?  I'm doing ok, but getting the house ready is a nightmare when I have to also work full time.

I need to get back on track!  I had Coldstone Creamery AND Chili Cheese Fries!

B:  Shredded Whear

L:  Leftover Roast Beef, Roasted Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and Gravy

D:  Leftover Roast, mini burrito, and grilled fish (we are cleaning out the fridge)

W:  1 hour session with my trainer and 30 minutes cardio on stairmaster
