This is being re-released on October 3, 2006!!   I have been waiting 6.5 freakin' years for this to come back out and have also been stalking a Disney timeline to find out a definite release date!

YAY!!!!! I love the little mermaid (sings under the sea UNDER THE SEA)

I am also excited about Toy Story being re-released on DVD - I must have them both for our extensive movie collection.

OHHHH, I love Cinderella too - those mice crack me up. I swear, I can't understand a word they are saying & it makes me laugh until I cry EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!!!

This is my favorite Disney movie ever! I LOOOOVE the ocean and it's the first movie I ever saw in theaters. Yes, I'm young.

Me, too. I'm quite obsessed. I have the video (don't think it's been out on DVD yet, has it??), the CD, the Christmas video and the Christmas CD. I also have a snowglobe, a stuffed beast, a few mugs and a picture frame.

The Little Mermaid is a very, very close second, though. I'll be buying it.

Edited b/c I realized I have the videos, not the DVD's.

I just saw this yesterday and I squealed like a little pig when I saw it. Cinderella is my absolute favorite. My grandma had the Disney book and she would read it to me when I would go to her house. It got to a point that I couldn't even read, but knew what every page said because she had read it to me so many times. I can't wait to get it!!

except mine... who is a pyscho movie nut (he owns over 300 dvds) and knows when all movies are being released.  including disney movies!
