Did anyone watch Martha Stewart's Apprentice?

Did anyone else watch?  I thought it was pretty bad...I don't know - I guess it's just too similiar to Donald's Apprentice, so I think it's stupid to have 2 shows almost exactly alike.  I also thought it was kind of cheesy.  The end where she wrote the guy who got kicked off a letter was just too much for me.  What did everyone else think?

Well - it basically is the exact name and show as Donald Trump Apprentice just w/ Martha Stewart.  I agree it is a little too much Apprentice.  I guess I would watch Martha this season over Trump if I had to choose just b/c I like to make things so I relate to it more.  It definitely was O.K.  She probably did this during house arrest - that's why they had to dinner at her house - maybe?

I didn't watch, but what were there challenges? I like to make things as well & think it may be interesting, but not sure i can convince the hubby (i already make him watch so much crap that he hates.....).

I watched most of it. When I first turned it on I thought it was a doc about Martha, but then I realized it was a new reality show. The first challenge was each group had to adapt a fairy tale to modern times, illustrate it and read it to a group of children. Some of the people are annoying (surprise, surprise) and the fake group laughter whenever Martha says anything even slightly amusing drives me insane. Everyone shows way too many teeth I have never seen the Donald Trump show, but I don't think I will be tuning in to this one.

Yes, the letter writing at the end was the straw.......

wha, you mean i missed it?

can someone tell me when the show is on (day of the week and time). i really wanted to catch it and i'm sad that i missed the first episode.

i love martha.

My BF and I watched it. We both liked it, though it's less of a guessing game of motives and trying to figure out who'll get fired than the Trump Apprentice has generally been (we watched season 1 and 2 religiously, but not 3).


Maybe I should try out for the show....hahaha.


It's one of the few shows we'll be watching the year (you people can question our taste later, besides MS Apprentice, we will watch Trump Apprentice, Just Legal, and...everything else is gonna be like Food Network/TLC/Nickelodeon/Disney Channel )
