thank you for reminding me--i feel like every celeb photo i have seen recently, the women have been wearing these shoes in different colors.  they are taunting me!  but i did see a knockoff, made by seychelles, in an issue of marie claire i was reading last night (mayve sept.?).  they were purple and had some studding details, but the style was the same.  i will do a little search and see what i can find.

tara t -

I saw these in Lucky and the shape reminded me of Collette's shoes. They look much cuter on (in this month's Lucky, p. 211)

There's the annoying tie-up, but these are the most similar I've seen so far...

I can't remember the style name, but there is a pair by Michael Kors that are extremely similar. They are around $250- still a lot, but much more reasonable.

Yes they were feat. in Oct Shop Etc and I think they were actually like 150. They are Michael by Micahel Kors. The shoe itself was suede and the platform was gold metallic leather.

it says that they are available at macy's. it's quite possible they just haven't hit stores yet. i know nordstrom's definitely carries michael by michael kors, so maybe wait it out or try calling someone at nordstrom's? they are usually pretty helpful customer service wise.

because of the platform in front though, it might not be bad. if its an inch platform, it's only "really" a 3' heel.
