I bought this couch and have had it for less than a month and used it for only a week and its coming apart. Its also made out of different materials and I'm completely unsatisfied with the quality of the couch and it was misrepresented to me. I've called them on the material issue once and they sent me 1 replacement cushion that still wasn't right plus it had velcro on the bottom!
I keep trying to call customer service and I'm getting no answer and no one is returning my messages. So I want to put all my complaints about it in writing but not sure how to do it. Any suggestions??
I would write a firm but not over the top mean and accusing letter stating all of your issues with the couch and the customer service. Save the mean letter for when they blow you off or tell you no. Be professional, courteous, and firm in what your problems were and what you expect them to do. If you are too mean they will think you are a witch and do less to help you.
You're in Houston now girl!! Call Marvin Zindler, Eyewitness news!!
Okay, I'm just kidding. Sort of. I'd just write down your interactions. Go in chronological order starting with what you wanted, what you got, when you got it, what's happened since then, your communications with customer service, etc.
You can always post a rough draft here and get some feedback.

To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is written to express my extreme dissatisfaction with [insert store name]'s merchandise and customer service. On [insert date] I bought a couch from [insert store name] at the [insert store location] location. After a week of light use the couch is already falling apart. This is unacceptable.
Your salesperson, [insert name of salesperson if you remember] completely misrepresented the quality of the couch to me. The couch was misrepresented to me in the following ways: [insert name of salesperson if you know] said it was sturdy, durable, [insert more adjectives and exactly what salesperson told you]. It is obviously none of those things. The couch is actually defective, [insert other adjectives and list exactly what is wrong w/ the couch].
I expressed my dissatisfaction about the couch telephonically by calling your customer service line on [insert all dates when you called]. I spoke with [insert name of customer service representative] who did nothing to solve the problem and only offered me one token seat cushion which is also defective.
If I do not receive a full refund and [insert whatever else you feel you're entitled to], I will have no choice but to report [insert store] to the Better Business Bureau.
Thanks yall! I am getting so frustrated. I called yet again and got yet another VM system and left yet another message that surprise surprise hasn't been returned.
