Who apologized to you most recently, and why?

I have had two completely weird apologies this week, so I had to post this. In both cases, I barely remember the event, and wasn't at all offended.

1) Girl A complimented me on my shirt, and Girl B said something like, "Don't I look cute too..." and then sent me a huge email about how embarrassed she was and how she didn't mean to come off wierd she was just having a bad day...

2) A guy who recently dumped me - stupidly, I might add - just walked up and apologized for being a dick to me on Friday. I had a great time Friday and do not remember talking to him at all. The only thing I think he's talking about was grabbing my arm at the bar and pulling me somewhere to say something I couldn't hear. So seriously, I just smiled and walked off. Wonder what he's talking about?

Anyone else have any stories?

That's funny you should say that. One of my guy friends recently was rude to me in a phone conversation. I can't remember the conversation or how he was rude or anything. I remember being a bit peeved when I hung up the phone but not much other than that.

Anyway, a few hours later he called and apologized for being mean on the phone. I couldn't even remember what our conversation was about, much less what he'd said! But I did appreciate the apology nonetheless. The funny thing is, this guy is a pretty insensitive person so there are a lot of things he could apologize for that I actually remember. Weird.
