Okay, so one of these stores called plato's closet opened in my area.. and i looked online at their website and it says they pay money for clothes and stuff.. I have tonssss im trying to get rid of, has anyone ever taken anything to this store? If so, how much did they pay, anything decent? Thanks

I took stuff there about a year ago. I think I got about $150 for all of it but I took in TONS of stuff (like 15 pairs of jeans and tons of sweaters and tops). A lot of it they didn't even buy from me. I don't think they take stuff that is any more than a year old and I think they only take certain brands. The stuff also has to be in perfect condition. But it's easier than selling on eBay and there's no consignment so you get your money right away. If you have stuff you want to get rid of it's worth a shot.

Oh, btw, you can get some great stuff there. I got a pair of Sevens for $25.

I agree they have good stuff there. A got a couple of sweater for like $8.00 (AE) and a pair of A&F pants for I think the same price. But like what was mentioned they are very picky on what they buy. It has to be fairly recent style, a name brand and in very good condition.
