i know we've probably discussed this 17,000 times, but i'm bringing it up again.
normally i use cetaphil moisturizer (for the past few years), because it's cheap and it works. well i got a sample of kinerase with my latest sephora order, and this stuff is amazing - when i put it on it's light, and my skin feels great all day. it made me realize that the cetaphil maybe isn't working as well as i thought (it works, but my skin doesn't feel all lovely when i use it like it does with the kinerase). so i went onto sephora and it costs $117 a bottle - no wonder it's amazing! now i'd be willing to pay more than the $5 or whatever it is i pay for a bottle of cetaphil, but $117 is a bit steep.
can anyone recommend anything that's "better" than cetaphil but doesn't cost tons of money? i guess i'm thinking cetaphil is a little heavy or something now. how is hope in a jar? i got a sample of that, too, but gave it to my sister...

I don't know how you feel about Avon, but they have a line called Planet Spa and they have this Oil-Free White Tea regenerizing facial moisturizer that I love love love. I think it's actually on clearance right now for $4.99 as opposed to $12.99.
Hope in a jar is AMAZING. I love this stuff. Only downfall is no spf. Also, when I first started using it I didn't care for the scent....you will not notice the scent after a week. I convinced my mom to use philosophy after she refused forever (due to the smell). She finally started using it regularly and she didn't smell it anymore and loved it.
Which one did you like...the Cream or Lotion? The i'll know what kind of skin you have (or at least which products make your skin feel as nice) and try and find you something with similar ingredients for a different price.
I use oil of olay right now cause I am broke. I really love este lauder they have 2 kinds I love but it is around 40-50 dollars/bottle. and they have a wonderful eyecream that I would use on my whole body if I could afford it.
greendiamond - it was the lotion. if you could find something similar for less, you'd be my hero!
nunzi - i may have to check out that avon one, for $5 it seems silly not to. in fact, i think one of the women who works here sells it...i'll have to talk to her today!
grace - the no spf thing is okay, i usually wear separate spf anyway. is it light enough for now but still moisturizing enough for winter skin?
deuce - i've tried the estee lauder and didn't really like it. i can't remember why, but i remember that...it may have made me greasy?
thanks ladies, keep 'em coming!
