Shoes for fall - pointy, round, square?

I have a few pairs of each so I think I will wear them all. I will probably slowly start retiring my pointy toed shoes as they seem to be the most uncomfortable in my collection.

I don't like square toes, so will be wearing pointy and round. But I might lay off the pointies for a while, because I'm starting to get tired of them.

Round toes are finally starting to grow on me a bit, now that you can find some that are a little more refined in shape, so I think that's where I'm headed for fall/winter.

- I don't like square, so have never worn them

- Pointy I think are classic, as long as they're not too exaggerated, so I keep wearing them

- Round seems like the 'new' thing this fall - as LMonet said, they seem subtler this season, not clunky. So I'll try some of those, especially since they're comfy.

Mostly pointy. I only have a couple of square-ish boots, so will wear those, but most of my shoes are pointy, with a couple of round-toes interspersed. My husband definitely loves the pointy ones better, and I do too, so that's what I'll be wearing. *s*

I've always loved round-toe shoes, so I'm very excited that they are big for fall..I'll definitely be sporting those. I have a pair of square-toed boots that I'll be wearing, other than that..I don't really have square toe shoes. I have never been a huge fan of pointy toe shoes, but I just got a beautiful and actually comfortable pair from Banana, so I'll be sporting those. I guess my answer is a little of all, but the majority will be round toe for me!

Round toe and Peep toe are all that I own...so I'll be sticking with them.

i think round is bigger for pumps and slouchy boots.. and pointy for a sleeker look and cowboy boots. and square?... i guess more for pumps?

i am totally embracing round.

I really think it's anything goes, but round-toes are definitely back again this year and I'm glad b/c I like them. I hate square toe, so I will not be participating in that trend. And of course, pointy always looks good.

i'm all about round toes this season. not that i've foresaken pointy toes (i still like them for flats and pumps), but this season i'm on the hunt for the perfect stack heeled pump with a round toe and maybe boots like that too (not that i should really be buying any more boots...)
