Well, not as much as I was hoping for but I am down another 2 pounds. Yay! That's 10.5 pouns in 3 weeks so I can't complain. That's supposed to be the safe weight loss weight for a week anyway.
However, I am going to push my excersize a little more.
yay!!! 2 pounds is really good- you don't want to lose too fast. I know it can be frustrating after such big losses in the beginning, but as time goes on it really is healthier to lose the weight slower (1-2 pounds per week)- you'll get there eventually and when you do it will be so much easier to keep it off because your body won't be in shock.
Yeah! Good for you, 2 pds in a week is just right. Just remind yourself, you didn't put it on in a week so it's not all going to come off in a week. 10 pds is alot. I'm really happy for you.
