So, this is a pretty cool thing about the company that I work for: I get 25 days of paid vacation right at the start plus floating holidays.  That's a ton of vacation time! Maybe I'll stick around to see if any positions open up that I'm the slightest bit interested in (apparently, they pay pretty well, too).  My pay won't be too bad once I go permanent.  But all that vacation time?  Wow. That's pretty cool.

Nyla, this is totally a sign that you need to go perm while you are looking for another job!! Take it, take the pay and vacation, and take a lot of days off to interview and job hunt!!! See, I told you it was your turn and this is your sign!! Take it!

haha! I can't believe I get that much vacation! That's crazy!  I wondered why everyone around here was always taking PTO days! That's why. We get so much of it.

Good gravy. I had to work here for 7 years to get 20 days vacation. Go look at the job postings! Now! Go! What are you doing still reading this? Go!

Wow, and I thought mine was good...I get 15 days paid, plus holidays (we get the week off between Xmas and New Years).  Definitely take advantage of all that paid time off!
