eyeliner reccs?

I need a new eyeliner but have never really found one that I like- I always feel like no color comes off the pencil unless I press so hard that I worry about tearing my eyelid or something. Anyway, I want to stop at sephora for a new one on my way home tonight- what kind do you reccomend?

Estee Lauder - Automatic eyeliner duo.  I love this stuff!  It literally glides on.

Lancome eyeliner is always great too! It's the only liner that actually goes on and stays on my eyes (waterproof too)

i use nars eyeliner pencil and i absolutely love it.  it's soft enough that you don't have to press very hard.  i use kyoto, an olive green that looks fabulous on blue eyes.

I love my Stila smudge pot, but you have to use an eyeliner brush. It doesn't budge, though!

thanks sfcaligirl- I got the nars in kyoto and I LOVE it! It goes on so smoothly and it looks great with my blue eyes- not harsh like black can be at all, I usually go with brown but this color is a nice change.

halleybird- I have a smudge pot and I can't figure out how to get enough so that you can see it but not so much that i look ridiculous! I usually save it for when i actually have time to make it look right

yay!  so glad i could help!    the olive green really is a nice change from the typical black or brown- and it's surprisingly neutral.  i wear mine every day!  enjoy your new eyeliner...

I second Lancome and also try melting the point (only if it's pencil) to make it easier on your eyelids.
