b: puffed kashi, blueberries, silk

s: small piece of cherry pie , orange

l: left over thai beef, yogurt

s: zone bar

d: turkey burger, broccoli

e: salsa class tonight, not so strenuous tho, i could do better

I know how you feel. I am really comfortable where I am now too (well, I would like to lose the 5lbs I gained back, but I don't care *that* much) and it's so hard to stay motivated! Unfortunatly, I don't have any great advice for you- but know that you're not alone!

B: graham crackers, coffee

L: leftover slice of pizza

D: I don't know. I really don't feel like cooking though. Maybe a turkey sandwhich.

E: I am exhausted from the weekend so I might not do anything. Got a TON in this weekend though, so I don't feel bad.

It's hard to feel motivated during the dog days of summer!  I'd much rather be drinking an iced tea sitting on my back porch and reading!

B:  Cereal and Coffee

S:  Granola

L:  veggie Wrap

D:  Jambalaya

W:  15 minute run, 1 hour heavy weights
