I recently placed an order online with Target and then decided I didn't want it.  I called them the next day and they said it had already shipped, but to just refuse the package when ups delivered it.  When I refuse it, will Target refund my shipping costs also as well as the cost of the item?

As far as I know I think it is just the cost of the Item. But you could get lucky cause you tried to cancel. Good Luck
