One of my good friends hooked me and my BF up with free courtside seats for a LA Sparks game Saturday night at the Staples Center...and I have no clue what to wear!!!!!


I definitely don't want to be overdressed, but I want to look cute. But I don't want to wear grape and gold, the Sparks colors. Or the opposing team, Indiana's colors either (want to say they're navy and gold). I haven't been to a basketball game in 8 years! Eeek!

i usually wear jeans and cute trainers with a fitted tee that is subtle in it's suggestion of "team spirit".

the last basketball game i went to i wore my boycut sevens rolled up with a big cuff, my adidas mei lo's and layered a long sleeve white tee under a short sleeve navy tee and carried an older style red coach bag with the long strap across my body (red and navy for the PISTONS) i hate carrying a purse to a game (no safe place to set it down) so the older style with the long strap functioned perfectly for this. you don't have to wear team colors though! i'm just a big nerd of a fan.

keep it simple and comfortable... you never know when a beer is going to spill all over you.

Just keep in mind that 85% of girls there dress like strippers or like their going to clubs. I feel out of place sometimes because I don't have huge fake breast hanging out of a skirt riding my ass.
