DVF sizing

I am wanting to purchase a DVF top online and was unsure about what size to get.  Could any of you compare the sizing to brands I am more familiar with (BCBG, Nanette Lepore, ?).  Thanks for your help.

Ehhhh...I've always thought DVF runs small. I wear an 8 in DVF and an 8 in Nanette Lepore tops because of my 34D chest. That same chest fits into a 4 at Banana, so there you go.
