I know, personally, when I go to Walmart, I always make sure to slip into something sexy.  And of course, when I go to Target, I pull out all the stops--full make-up, cocktail dress, sky high heels, the works!!

I understand what she means about Wal-Mart, and I think many other people would feel the same way.  I know I save my fancy sports bra, Sergio Valente cutoffs, and foam clogs for just such occasions!
