Since I missed out on those CUTE choc. brown boots from Zappos when they were on sale for only $43.00 in my sz. 10, what do you ladies think of these? From Chadwicks, leather, for $59.00, in the choc. brown? I just need ONE NICE pr. of brown boots, then I'll be happy. (not a very good pic., sorry)

I say yay, as long as they're real leather.

Ditto. Fake leather boots can be scary, not to mention they'll make your legs sweat like crazy!

Yeah, the brown ones are nice :)

about the navy shoes... non-frumpy navy shoes are hard to find. Do they have to be navy? Burgundy and camel look nice with navy, if you're looking for shoes to go with navy pants or a navy skirt.

Yeah, I got lucky ONCE and found some nice navy slings at JCP, but this was YEARS ago, and I've worn them out. Hmmmm......I've never thought of wearing burgundy or camel w/navy - wow. I'll have to try that also this fall, thanks for the idea, bean. LOL
