1. Cardio belly dancing. I only do it for 45 minutes once a week, but I can definitely feel a difference in my stomach muscles. Plus, the class just makes you feel sexy/beautiful/feminine.

2. Salsa dancing. I know I've posted about it before, but I just have to share my enthusiasm. Last night, after my belly dancing class, I went salsa dancing for 3 hours. It's the best thing in the world for so many reasons. One, it's loads of fun. Two, you meet great people. Three, it makes you feel beautiful. And four, it's a hot, sweaty, intense workout!!

I just thought I'd share my discoveries with everyone. I'm not a fan of running or dragging myself to the gym everyday. That's just not enjoyable, and I would be forcing myself to do it. I've done so much better since I've found activities like these that I love doing!

I want to try those things!  For exercise, I like:


kayaking- awesome for arms and shoulders


skiing- my legs are sore for days


long bike rides


and running.


I should put more effort into being active, because I really like it when I'm working my body by having fun.

skiing is super fun and i feel sore too!  my legs feel awesome after a day of skiing!


i also enjoy horseback riding... my arms and legs are always sore (and my derriere!)


bike riding is fun but i don't like to do too many hills... i grew up in an area with a lot of hills and i hated them as a child- i think that is why i dont like them so much anymore!


swimming is another activity i like... and tennis... and basketball...
