Fryes and Cowboy boots? Need advice..

So i have the Campus Fryes, a great tan-brown color (cant remember the name of the exact color).. I dont think I need to find a picture of them, since most of us have exhaused the topic of Frye boots to death a few months back. But i think I want these, this season...



My fryes are a much darker color than this... But Are they entirely too similar? These are $169. The problem might be that I plan to wear them with all the same outfits as my fryes.. rolled up jeans, jeans skirt.. etc etc..


Does that mean I dont NEED them? Because I think I do really want them?


What are your thoughts?

Well I have the Frye Harness boots in a dark brown and a pair of cowboy boots. I tend to wear them with the same outfits as well. However the cowboy boots tend to give the outfits a more sleek look because of the toe of the boot. So I am totally in favor of having both!!

i voted yes, but i love boots so maybe not i'm not the best one to ask for advice. anyway i think the cowboy boots give outfits a totally different look than the fryes do. though i might hunt around for a cheaper pair or a discount code.

This happens to me a lot, where I want something but I in my mind the items I want are completely different but in reality they maybe very similar. What I do is look through my closet and think about the outfits I would wear with the thing that I want. If the outfits are the same as the the outfits that I would wear with the similar item. I think it's best not to buy.

In my mind the Campus and cowboy boots are very different entities, but I think this particular pair, although lighter in color, could probably be worn with most of stuff you wear your Campus with now.

It's still summer. Maybe wait for more fall stuff to come out. Get a cowboy boot that completely differently like with studs or a high heel.

I would honestly wait and see if any cowboy boots that are really different from your Fryes come into stores. Those are nice, but IMO way too similar colorwise.
