I saw someone wearing a very cute vneck top that matched this belt from the Gap (I know Jet makes tops that have something attached to the bottom of the shirt that looks like a belt but don't know if the top was Gap or Jet).  So, the top was brown and had the glitter detail around the v (the glitter detail around the v looked just like this belt from the Gap), and had the same detail at the bottom of the shirt OR had a belt to match like this one.  I'm at a lost and should have asked where she purchased but didn't - now I can't stop thinking about the top.

Check Express.  My boyfriend's mom just bought me a v-neck from there that had silver sequins around the v-neck.  They had all different colors.
