Riding boots- Help me find and ?'s
Permalink Closed

Ok. So I want English Style Equestrian riding boots. Can anybody help me find any? Color doesn't matter when I fall in love with a pair.

Also, Because the heel is flat do we think that I will look stubby (I am 5'4" and I have troll legs- hehe).

What size shoe do you wear? I have a gorgeous pair from Cole Haan from last season that I've worn once. I jsut couldn't figure out how to incorporate them into outfits. I was going to put them up on ebay.

Did you check out Born shoes?  Their website is www.bornshoes.com.  You can't buy from their website (yes, irritating) but they have a few links as who sells their shoes.  Plus I thought I saw a few on Zappos.

Also in brown:

E. Vogel specializes in equestrian footwear. They make custom boots, but the price, of course, is super duper high. These boots will last forever and they put your name inside.

Here is the link to the site just in case you want inspiration for styles.

holy crap, someone suggested Vogel boots!! These are the cream of the crop of tall boots for english showing. I got a pair of these when I was showing horses. I can't imagine you'd want to spend $700-800 on 100% custom made boots when this is a trend!! I'd say go for "inspired-by" boots made by a normal shoe company. I can say for expereince that real riding boots take forever to break in and they're incredibly uncomfortable to walk around it!! Sorry, just speaking from experience
