 To celebrate my bday, I adopted a puppy!  I found him on Petfinder - he was at a rescue shelter in North Carolina.  He is supposed to be a 6 month-old Pug/Boston Terrier mix.  

We picked him up yesterday, he has a great temperament, very friendly, although not housebroken, trained to walk on a leash, stay, no, etc, these are all over his head.  Unfortunately when after he woke me up at 5 am and we went for a walk, I noticed that he had worms so we did a quick trip to the vet where I learned that he's actually more like a year old and at his full size. And he might be more of a schitzu (sp?) pug mix.  Oh well, here's some pics, I love him to pieces already!

What a sweetie! I'd recommend enrolling in puppy classes after you get to know him a bit better - it's a great way to bond and direct all that energy!
